Thai Massage is a combination of deep yogic stretches and pressure points to create more flexibility and energy flow in the body. Sessions are usually 90 min and are done on a mat with your clothes on. Depending on what is happening with your body, the session will have specific protocols and techniques. Wear clothes that you would be comfortable stretching in.

Thai Yoga Therapy is a combination of this massage techniques mixed with therapeutic and gentle yoga poses, pilates and some physical therapy. These sessions usually last an hour and are done on the floor with your clothes on. Just like the Thai massage, the Thai Yoga Therapy session is catered to the individual depending on what is happening in the body. Wear clothes that you would be comfortable stretching in.
